Engtal’s Rebecca Hamlin Recognized in SIA Global Power 150 Women in Staffing

Rebecca Hamlin, Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Engtal, has been named among the prestigious honorees in the 2023 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The annual list acknowledges women who have demonstrated exceptional contributions and leadership within the staffing industry.

During her time at Engtal Rebecca has exhibited an outstanding track record. Her data analysis and insights have driven a remarkable 59% improvement in business development KPIs. This year she has also played a pivotal role in achieving monthly revenue increases of 36%, directly impacting year-over-year growth.

In the last two years Rebecca has also co-developed a successful graduate training program. As a result, two-thirds of graduates achieved their first deals within three months, and 40% achieved 360° deals within six months.

In addition to her day-to-day role, Rebecca has been instrumental launching charitable foundation Diversify the Future a Chicago-based program funded by Engtal. The Foundation’s mission is to reduce inequality across STEM industries through access to education. As Board Member and Secretary, Rebecca has navigated the operational, legal and administrative set-up of the foundation. She has also enabled the launch of the Scholarship which will provide $10,000 per year for an under-represented student to access a STEM degree program.
