Christopher Atiyah, Chief Executive Officer
Chris has over 15 years of global experience in the engineering and technology sectors, specializing in talent management services.
Award-winning in his own right: Chris has grown Engtal by 100% year-on-year since the company’s inception, building a highly renowned company as one of the best to work for and with, in the US.
Originally from the UK, Chris is highly regarded across Europe and the US for his expertise in talent management, previously scaling one of the world’s leading staffing firms before embarking on building Engtal’s position in the marketplace.
Chris moved to the US for three fundamental reasons: root beer, chicken wings and Bruce Springsteen.
Mark Znowski, President and Chairman
Mark is an entrepreneur who, throughout his 20-year career, has worked extensively in the technology, finance, and energy industries.
In 2003, Mark founded Staffgroup, a multimillion-dollar recruitment firm with global offices in the UK, Germany, and the US.
Mark then made history; when Cordant Group acquired Staffgroup, the sale was listed as one of the UK’s biggest ever deals of 2015.
Overseeing the companies’ broader operations, Mark is primarily focused on devising growth strategies and empowering and inspiring the team at Engtal.
